John Appleyard, PE, BSEE
Mr. Appleyard has over 40 years of experience working with utility grade relay protection and control systems. He spent 25 years working for an investor-owned electric utility where responsibilities included the design, installation and maintenance of relay protection systems. Later activities included supervision of crews responsible for the construction and maintenance of utility substations and transmission lines. Other industry positions have all involved the application and design of protective relay systems.
