Quanta Technology Engineer Training Program Brochure

The purpose of the Quanta Technology Engineer Training Program (QTETP) is to attract entry level graduate engineers interested in a career as an electrical engineering consultant. The program is designed to develop engineering talent with the potential for long term careers within Quanta Technology. The program recognizes that a new graduate engineer may have an interest and inclination but not a specialty. During the second and third years of this three-year program, mentoring and coaching is provided in order to help each QTETP participant to live up to their, and QT’s, expectations.
