EXPERT TESTIMONIES – Provide independent expert written and oral testimonies in support of regulatory hearings, mandatory investigations, and rate cases involving infrastructure upgrade and reliability improvement spending, smart grid/smart metering investments, demand response programs. Help respond to intervener and regulatory staff rebuttals.

REGULATORY REPORTING – Provide independent expert written and oral testimonies including support of reliability audits, storm assessments, outage analyses and operating safety events. Help respond to requests by customers, customer advocacy groups, and regulatory staff.
