Srijib is an expert in interconnected grid operations, energy portfolio management and energy trading & risk management. He brings several years of expertise of electric utility and consulting experience in areas such as transmission risk management, generator siting and interconnection studies with renewables, EHV system planning, distribution system planning, and advanced technology applications.

He brings proficiency with a spectrum of reliability and economic electric modeling software in energy systems. During the past 14 years, Srijib has worked in short and long range power system planning of transmission systems, generation planning and energy trading and marketing. He is an expert in generation and transmission asset management and planning studies to develop utility capital budgets and rate case support. Additionally, he has developed, streamlined and standardized various control center applications in relation to building Control Center Organizations, Regional Transmission Organizations (RTO) and Independent System Operator (ISO) organizations and helped structure and build metrics to bring profitability.

Srijib has an MBA from Duke University, MSEE and Ph.D. from the University of Miami and is a Registered Professional Engineer both in the States of California and North Carolina. He is an IEEE Senior Member, a recipient of the IEEE PES Outstanding Engineer Award in 2001 and past Chair of the IEEE, Eastern NC Power Engineering and Industrial Applications Societies.
