Dr. Spare is a principal advisor with Quanta Technology with more than thirty years of industry experience. He has a broad range of experience in electric utility planning, asset management, engineering, system reliability analysis, reliability-centered maintenance, asset condition assessment, project management, and predictive maintenance consulting for utility, industrial, and military systems. |
| He received his BSEE from Carnegie Mellon University; and his MSEE and PhD from the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Spare is a senior member of IEEE, has published more than 15 technical papers. |
