Mr. Jahanbakhsh is an expert in power system simulation and studies. He has 15 years experience in these fields and has worked as a power system planner and consultant for utilities and industries, in corporation with international companies such as SIEMENS and ABB. He has specific expertise in safety engineering studies such as Arc-flash Hazards and Grounding analysis.
Farbod held the position of Transmission & Distribution Specialist in CYME International, where he was working on steady state and dynamics studies such as contingencies, fault analysis, voltage stability, protection coordination and transient stability projects. He also held the position as of transmission system planner in a power Generation & Transmission Company with 30GW capacity where he was involved in power system developments. He is well acquainted with the power system simulation method and criteria. He received his BSEE from Tehran-University and his MSEE from Polytechnic University of Tehran. Farbod is an IEEE member as well.
